White Tier: Setup Process
The White Tier is our ultimate premium tier, and is designed for large tournaments and events ran by organizations that want to have full control over the look and feel of their tournaments. This tier offers all of the features of the Gold Tier, but with the ability to run tournaments with up to 512 participants!

This page will explain how to set up your bot for the White Tier, and how you can customize the bot's branding.
Setup Process
When you purchase the White Tier, you will need to contact us via our Discord Server so that we can provide you with a Google Form to fill out with information about your bot so we can host it for you.
Once you have filled out the form, we will set up your bot and send you a webhook url that you will need to input into the bot's settings.
So now, lets begin the setup process!
Step 1: Purchase the White Tier
To purchase the White Tier, you will need to head to the Discord Store and purchase the tier. Once you have purchased the tier, you will be able to access the features of the White Tier.
Step 2: Contact Us
Once you have purchased the White Tier, you will need to contact us via our Discord Server so that we can provide you with a Google Form to fill out with information about your bot so we can host it for you.
Step 3: Create your Bot and Fill out the Form
To begin, you will need to head to the Discord Developer Portal and create a new application. You can do this by clicking the New Application button in the top right corner of the page.
Once you have created your application, you will need navigate to the Bot tab on the left side of the page. Once you are on the Bot tab, you will need to copy the Token of your bot. To do so, click the Reset Token button and then click the Copy button to copy the token to your clipboard. You will need to paste this token into the Google Form that you have been provided with.
Next, we will navigate back to the General Information tab on the left side of the page. Once you are on the General Information tab, you will need to copy the Application ID and Public Key of your bot. To do so, click the Copy button next to the Application ID and Public Key fields respectively. You will need to paste these values into the Google Form that you have been provided with.
Step 4: Invite your Bot to your Server
Once you have filled out the Google Form by completing Step 3, you will need to invite your bot to your server. To do so, you will need to edit the URL below and replace the REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_APPLICATION_ID with the Application ID that you copied in Step 3.

Once you have properly edited the URL, you will need to paste it into your web browser and hit enter. This will take you to the authorization page for your bot, like it would whenever you invite any bot to your server. To learn more about the inviting process, please see the Getting Started page.
Step 5: Submit the Form
Once you have completed steps 3 and 4 you can now submit the Google Form that you have been provided with. Once you have submitted the form, we will recieve your information and begin the setup process for your bot. This process may take some time depending on our availability at the time of your submission. We will notify you via our initial contact method when your bot is ready to be used.
Step 6: Input the Webhook URL
Once we have finished processing and setting up your bot to work as an instance of Tourney Bot, we will send you a webhook URL that you will need to input into the bot's settings. To do so, head to the General Information tab for your bot and scroll down to the Interaction Endpoint URL field. Paste the webhook URL that we have provided you with into this field and click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. This will save your changes and allow your bot to work as an instance of Tourney Bot.
If you are unable to save your changes, pleas ensure that you have invited your bot to your server and have properly set up the bot's permissions. If you have ensured this and are still unable to save your changes, please let us know via our initial contact method and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Step 7: Customize your Bot
Now that your bot has been processed, setup, and invited to your server, you can now customize the bot's branding to your liking. To do so please see the Customizing your Bot page. This page will detail and explan how to customize the bot's branding for the White Tier and for the Gold Tier!
