Premium Tiers (Explained!)

Tourney Bot offers a couple of various premium tiers that allow you as an organizer to customize your tournament experience based off of your needs. This page will explain the different tiers and what they offer, as well as how to upgrade your Discord server to a premium tier and how to upgrade from a lower premium tier to a higher one!

Premium Tiers​

Tourney Bot offers four different premium tiers, each with their own features and benefits. The tiers are as follows:

  • Free Tier
  • Bronze Tier
  • Silver Tier
  • Gold Tier
  • White Tier

Free Tier​

The Free Tier is the default tier that all users start with. It offers basic features and functionality for running tournaments.

  • Features:
    • Single and Double Elimination Brackets
    • Solo Tournaments
    • 3 Tournaments per Month
    • 8 Participants per Tournament

Bronze Tier ($1.99 USD per Month)​

The Bronze Tier is our first premium tier, and while still basic, offers more features, no limits on tournaments, and a higher participant limit.

  • Features:
    • Single and Double Elimination Brackets
    • Swiss and Round Robin Brackets
    • Solo and Team Tournaments
    • Unlimited Tournaments
    • 32 Participants per Tournament

Silver Tier ($2.99 USD per Month)​

The Silver Tier is our second premium tier and offers even more participants per tournament, and more features like leaderboards!

    • Swiss and Round Robin Brackets

    • Leaderboards
    • Randomized Registration Feature
    • Unlimited Tournaments
    • 64 Participants per Tournament

Gold Tier ($4.99 USD per Month)​

The Gold Tier is our final ordinary premium tier, this tier gives you access to all of the features that Tourney Bot has to offer, including the ability to run tournaments with up to 128 participants!

    • Solo and Team Tournaments
    • Leaderboards
    • Randomized Registration Feature
    • Create Tournament Templates

White Tier ($15.99 USD per Month)​

The White Tier is our ultimate premium tier, and is designed for large tournaments and events ran by organizations that want to have full control over the look and feel of their tournaments. This tier offers all of the features of the Gold Tier, but with the ability to run tournaments with up to 512 participants!

    • 512 Participants per Tournament

The White Tier is a custom tier that is designed for organizations and large events. If you purchase this tier, you will need to contact us via our Discord Server to set up your personalized bot.

How to Upgrade your Experience​

To upgrade your experience using Tourney Bot in your Discord server, you will need to navigate to our Discord Shop and select the tier that you would like to purchase. Once you are ready to subscribe and click the Subscribe for $xx.xx / Month button, a pop-up will appear that prompts you to select the Discord server that you would like to upgrade. Select the server that you would like to upgrade and click the Confirm button. Once you have confirmed your subscription and server selection, you will be taken to the checkout page where you can enter your payment information and complete your purchase. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be able to use the premium features in your Discord server immediately and automatically!

How to Upgrade from a Lower Tier to a Higher Tier​

If you are already subscribed to a lower tier and would like to upgrade to a higher tier, you will need to complete the same steps as above, but you will need to select a tier that is higher than the one you are currently subscribed to. Simple!

When upgrading from a lower tier to a higher tier, you will be charged the difference in price between the two tiers. For example, if you are currently subscribed to the Bronze Tier ($1.99 USD per Month) and would like to upgrade to the Silver Tier ($2.99 USD per Month), you will be charged $1.00 USD for the upgrade.
